Note creation should be easy
A commentary on ease-of-use content management and creation.
We’re deploying a CMS so that content creation is seamless and easy. Ideally, the site should be used. A surefire way to drive engagement would be to make the user experience one that is inviting and intuitive to pick up.
Instead of requiring a SSH in, utilizing Decap CMS gives us this intuitive interface to develop content. Opposed to the way this note was written, in Notepad++, browser authoring promises an end to manual schema writing and copy/pasting.
Even better, the use of structured fields will help prevent us from making mistakes with the schema, ensuring notes get where they need to be and have accurate date keeping automatically attached to the file.
These factors, coupled with automated infrastructure on the backend will serve as our content model backbone.
